Monday, May 2, 2011. Pennine Way 25 Auchope Rigg to Kirk Yetholm. We had to climb over a barbed wire fence to gain access to the su. Mmit but it was worth it for the splendid views while we ate our lunch. It was a very cold wind on the summit and today there were a few clouds in the sky. In the distance we could see a patchwork of fields and woods and beyond them hills in the distance. The only casualty we had en route was a bumped head a mile from the end on a road! Went on a great holiday in Norfolk. We stayed at a lovely cottage in a converted barn with windmill at Walter Field Barn, Frettenham. Really nicely furnished and in a great location for touring the Broads. Frettenham is handily placed just outside Norwich and an easy daytrip to the north or east coast of Norfolk. Note that I have the biggest one! Thursday, 16 September 2010. Completed the Robin Hood Half.

Monday, May 11, 2015. Yep, you read it right. My son is in Phoenix and my daughter lives in Wyoming, so I spent the day with hubby and my oldest granddaughter, Skylar. It was kinda nice just to kick back and let them wait on me. I spent three days helping my son move. And they are moving further away which makes me sad. I found two of these pitchers at a yard sale for fifty cents each. I had purchased a couple of trees .
